    • Obituary from Orillia Packet and Times January 29, 1997 STEELE, Timothy Walter: at his home in Coe Hill, Ontario, Canada, on Monday January 27, 1997; at the age of 48. Timothy Steele, beloved son of Clarence and Reta Steele of Atherley. Loved brother of Terry of Aurora, Karen Bruce and Husband Lorne of Guelph. Dear uncle of Chris and Kelly Steele, Danielle and Stacey Bruce. The late Mr. Timothy Walter Steele will rest at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West Street, North Orillia, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p. m. Service in the chapel on Friday afternoon, January 31st, at 1 o'clock, followed by cremation. If desired, memorial donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.

      In December 1996, Tim went on disability pension, from work due to poor health. After spending Christmas and New Years with his parents in Mission, Texas, USA, he returned home, moved to Coe Hill, Ontario, Canada, where he had purchased a house that was to be his retirement home. He had two weeks in this home, when he was found dead by a Neighbour.
