Notes - Jean Brown "Granny", 84, of Edmonds, WA., passed peacefully into rest at 1 p.m., November 29, 2007, at Evergreen Hospice Center from lung cancer complications.
Jean was born in Missoula, MT to Wilbur and Eleanor Bailey, June 8, 1923. As a child the family moved to Seattle, WA where Jean graduated from Roosevelt High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and loving son, Michael J. Brown.
Jean is survived by her brother, Bill; sister, Loretta; her son, Jim; daughter, Patty (Ronald) Olsen; and her best friend for 52 years ('Auntie', 'Momma2') Beverly. Granny is also survived by four grand-daughters, Leanne (Pawel) Brodzinski, Daniele (Jim) Ott, Krista (Sheldon) Daniel, and Angela Brown; 11 great-grandchildren, Nathan and Cameron, Andrew, Ashley, Hayley, Sarah and Brian, Marie, Christopher and Annika, and Anthony.
Chapel service is 1 p.m., Friday, December 7, 2007, at Purdy and Walters at Floral Hills, Lynnwood.
