      p. 234 the said Annah Tracy personally appeared in a Court of Probate held in New London Sept 21st 1704 and under oath engaged that if anything further appears to be her deceased husbands Estate that is considerable she will add it to this inventory. Recd 31 Mar in the 3d Book of Wills in folio 43.

      Administrative Bond of Anna Tracy with Gershom Palmer as Surety in the sum of 70L upon the Estate of Jonathan Tracy was signed in New London Sept 21st 1704.

      p. 523 Admin bond of Christopher Tracy with James Harris and Ebenezer Dart as Sureties in the sum of L300 upon the Estate of Jonathan Tracy deceased was signed in New London February 12, 1711 2.

      P. 541 Tracy, Jonathan Inv. Preston December 24, 1711 we whose names are underwritten are desired by the survivors of Leut. Jonathan Tracy late deceased to take an inventory of his estate which we have done as followeth ?Daniel Druster, Peter Branch. Mrs. Mary Tracy Widow and Relict of Mr. Jonathan Tracy Late of Preston Deceased appeared in a Court of Probate held in new London Feb the 12th 1711 12 and made Oath that Shee gave in unto the aprizers a true account of her deceased husbands Estate according to the best of her knowledge and that if anything further appear to be his Estate that is considerable shee will add it to this Inventory. Teste George Denison Cler. Prob.
      This Inventory was Exhibited in a Court of Probate held in new London march the 11th 1711 2 by Christopher Tracy administrator on the Estate of Mr. Jonathan Tracy was proved accepted and ordered to be Recorded. Recorded in the third Book of Wills on fol. 190-191 March 12, 1711 2.

      p. 661 Tracy, Jonathan Division A Court of Probate held in New London on the second Tuesday of December 1712 made distribution of the estate of Jonathan Tracy late of Preston deceased and we whose names are heare unto subscribed being appointed by said court to divide the estate which we did as followeth:
      Set out to his widow one third part of his land during her life
      Set out to the two children of Jonathan his eldest son who is deceased two thirds of his real estate
      Set out to his daughter Hannah Davison
      Set out to his daughter Mary Parish
      Set out to his daughter Meriam Clark
      Left in the hands of his son Christopher with what he received in his Father’s life time is the whole of his portion 24 Dec 1712. John Parke, Joseph Prentis.
