Notes:
There are no accurate records of the first burial in the cemetery. The Earliest date on the headstones is of Jane Nicol Armstrong who died December 5, 1832. This and other stones around the Armstrong plot were either memorials to the early pioneer families or this area was originally used as a burial ground before ownership was transferred to the Knox Church on 1854, currently is unclear. The cemetery was expanded in 1871 and 1911 to its current size, and is still open to burials.
